Sleep support services

 I offer calm, evidence‑based support for people experiencing long‑term sleep difficulties, disrupted routines, fatigue, or the impact of burnout. Every session is tailored to your life, your goals, and your motivation for change. 

Price list

Initial sleep assessment and plan - £120 (60 minutes)

 

Your first appointment is a structured exploration of your sleep. We look at your routines, patterns, challenges, and what you’d like to change. Together, we set meaningful goals and identify what motivates you, so your plan feels personal and achievable.

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s affecting your sleep and the first steps toward rebuilding more restful, restorative nights.

Follow up appointment - £80 (45 minutes)

 

Follow‑up sessions give you space to review your goals, check in on progress, and adjust your plan as your sleep begins to shift. We look at what’s working, what needs fine‑tuning, and what new goals might support you moving forward.

These appointments are collaborative and practical — focused on helping you build sustainable habits, deepen your understanding of your sleep, and keep moving toward more consistent, restorative rest.

 All appointments are delivered online, so you can access support from anywhere in the UK. Sessions are confidential, calm, and designed to help you feel safe, understood, and supported.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. You don’t need a diagnosis or a referral. If you feel your sleep isn’t working for you anymore, that’s enough.


What if I’ve tried everything already?

Many people come to me feeling they’ve “tried it all.” CBT‑I is different — it’s structured, evidence‑based, and tailored to your routines, habits, and motivations. We focus on small, sustainable changes that genuinely fit your life.


Will I have to change my whole routine?

No. We work with your real life, not against it. The aim is to make manageable adjustments that support better sleep without overwhelming you.


How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. Some people feel a shift after just a few sessions; others benefit from longer support. We review your goals and progress together so the pace always feels right for you.


What happens in follow‑up appointments?

We check in on your goals, explore what’s improving, fine‑tune anything that isn’t, and set new goals when you’re ready. It’s a collaborative process designed to keep you moving forward.
